Spain: Man detained for radicalizing minors to serve in ISIS

elpais.com reported a man has been arrested in Spain accused of capturing minors to be incorporated into the ranks of the terrorist group Islamic State, as reported by the Interior Ministry. 34, resident of the autonomous city of Ceuta, is accused of performing tasks of radicalization and recruitment for terrorist organization .
