Elderly Japanese tourist drowns while diving off the coast of Guam

Allvoices.com reports that the blue waters around Guam took the life of drowned diver yesterday. In the words of the Medical Examiner Dr. Aurelio Espinola: “The body of a 74-year-old man was dragged limp from the waters of Tumon Bay on Tuesday.
