Egyptian woman harassed by man in elevator in Saudi Arabia

According to khaleejtimes.com, a tourist, who allegedly asked a woman he had just met in a lift to have paid sex with him, has been charged in the Court of First Instance with molestation and encouraging someone to take up prostitution. The 38-year-old Saudi Arabian man is believed to have taken advantage that the Egyptian woman was alone with him in the lift. He stretched his hand behind her back and tried to pull her by her waist. However, she stepped back from him, avoiding his hand which still touched her left arm. The complainant, a 28-year-old sales executive, said during investigation that the incident happened around 9.45pm on May 22.
