Paris France: Two American Tourists targeted in jewelry heist

thelocal.fr reported – The Americans were targeted by robbers in an underground car park at the plush Place Vendôme, reports say.

The theft took place on Thursday, March 9th at around 8pm, reported Le Parisien newspaper.

According to reports the Americans were in possession of a large quantity of jewels and diamonds and were approached by two men as they returned to their car underneath the Place Vendôme, which is the city’s hub for luxury jewellers.

The robbers stripped the American shoppers of the diamonds and other jewels before fleeing. Read Article
