Lebanon: Syrian journalist killed by his wife’s relatives

The Washington Post reports that the Lebanese army says the killing of a Syrian journalist who often spoke out stridently in favor of President Bashar Assad was not politically motivated. Lebanon’s leading LBC TV said Mohammed Darrar Jammo was killed by relatives of his wife. Syria’s civil war has set off political and sectarian tensions in neighboring Lebanon.
