British expats urged to leave Congo’s Kivu provinces, rebels seizing power

Telegraph.co.uk reported that the Foreign Office has warned Britons living in the Democratic Republic of Congo’s Kivu provinces to leave, as anti-government rebels seize control of the area. Members of the armed group M23 took over Goma, the capital of North Kivu in the eastern part of the DLR, on Tuesday. Read Article
