Somalia: Al-Shabaab claims responsibility for car bombing that struck hotel

upi.com reported that Al-Shabaab claimed responsibility for a deadly twin car bombing that struck a hotel in Mogadishu, Somalia on New Year’s Day. Somali police spokesman General Mohamed Yusuf Omar Madale announced “The death toll has hit 11 people, including three attackers and five security personnel, while the rest were civilians.” Read Article
