Scotland: Spanish tourists attacked by thugs in Perth

THESE are the scumbags who scared a party of Spanish tourists out of Scotland.
Between them, the trio have racked up 80 convictions in the past 10 years. Their middle-aged victims vowed never to return to Scotland after the unprovoked attack on the way home from dinner. And the incident came to light the day after it emerged that Scotland has the highest assault rates in the UK.
Yesterday, a sheriff jailed one of the thugs for 90 days. The others will be sentenced later.
