Santiago Chile: Bomb Explodes on Empty Subway Car After letting Passengers off

elmundo.com.sv reported a low power bomb exploded in a vacuum subway car of Santiago of Chile who was in the terminal station Los Dominicos, while injured, but if material damage, police said today.
