One journalist killed, many others injured, and a Dutch reporter raped during Egyptian protests

One journalist was killed and seven others were injured, including one raped, while covering demonstrations against President Mohamed Morsi over the weekend, according to news reports. Millions of Egyptians took to the streets over the weekend to seek Morsi’s resignation.
