WSVN.com reported that the Miami Beach Police have released surveillance video of a man accused of sexually assaulting then robbing a woman inside a South Beach hotel last week.

Police said the assault happened in the early morning hours of Sept. 6 at the Breakwater Hotel just off Ocean Drive and Ninth Street. “A tourist from Switzerland had gotten into the elevator. The subject got into the elevator with the victim and said, ‘Oh, I’m going to the same floor your going to,’” said Miami Beach Police Sergeant Bobby Hernandez. “They got off on the victim’s floor, he overpowered her, took her to her room, sexually assaulted her and he robbed her of money. He then fled the scene.” Read Article
