Illinois: Experimental plane crash lands in southern Jerseyville corn field

As reported by Thetelegraph.com, an 82-year-old Missouri man escaped injury Thursday morning when his two-toned, turquoise experimental plane dropped into a cornfield south of the Jerseyville Walmart Supercenter. “He flew right over town; he was very fortunate he got it to where he did,” Jersey County Sheriff Mark Kallal said about pilot Donald G.
