Eiffel Tower reopens to tourists after bomb alert

Foxnews.com reported that, France’s famous Eiffel Tower has reopened after being evacuated of all tourists and staff Friday, due to a bomb alert. Reuters is reporting that hundreds of tourists evacuated the 1,062-foot iron tower around 2 p.m. (12:30 GMT ) in response to a bomb scare, according to police. But investigators found it to be just a scare and the tower was reopened two hours later. Read article
