Egypt: Kidnapped tourists being used as leverage, captors refuse ransom money

As covered by, “Kidnappers in the Sinai Peninsula confirmed that officials from the Norwegian embassy offered them a large sum of money in exchange for the release of a Norwegian Tourist captured with an Israeli companion on Friday.
