Egypt: Bedouin tribesmen kidnap two tourists on Sinai Peninsula

Jn1.tv reported that near the Taba crossing on the Sianai Peninsula, two tourists have been kidnapped by Bedouin tribesmen at gunpoint. The tourists are and Arab-Israeli and a woman from Europe. Apparently the kidnappers are demanding that prisoners from Egyptian jails be released. An Arab-Israeli and a European woman have been kidnapped in Egypt’s Sinai Peninsula by Bedouin tribesmen who are reportedly demanding the release of prisoners from Egyptian jails. Security in the Sinai region is of major concern since the overthrow of Egyptian strongman Hosni Mubarak in 2011. Read Article
