Ecuador: Cellphones going to ten digits

The National Telecommunications Secretariat (Senatel) introduced today a part of the National Numbering Plan, through which a new digit increase in cellular telephony. This is the number 9, which users placed after the zero. Thus be 10 digits that the user will have to remember to make a call.
