Chinese woman arrested after stealing from foreign men in Beijing bars

According to china.org.cn, a girl surnamed Yu was detained by Chaoyang District police in Beijing on Nov. 3 for stealing money from foreigners in bars. In an incident this August, the girl started to chat to a foreign man in a bar in Chaoyang District, and got him drunk, after which she took him to a hotel. When the man woke up, he discovered that many of his valuables were missing, including a tablet computer and a mobile phone. As the girl was nowhere to be seen, he called the police. The victim recalled that the girl was about 1.6 meters high. After reviewing CCTV footage from the hotel, he identified the girl and police arrested her in a bar on Aug. 20. Read article
