Australian man injured paragliding in Nepal

The Himalayan times reports that an Austrian tourist has been injured due to a fall at Sundar Peak at Namche in course of paragliding. Martin Silagi was injured after he fell in a crevasse at Sunasr Peak while paragliding in the area, the District Police Office, Solukhumbu stated. The accident took place at 6 p.m. on Tuesday at an altitude of nearly 5,500 metres from the sea level. Silagi suffered serious injuries to his left leg and left hand due to the fall. Read article
