Banos Ecuador Alert: Tungurahua volcano continues activity, ash, gases

Columns of ash and gases up to a mile above the crater continued yesterday emanating Tungurahua volcano. Meanwhile, in the towns and agricultural areas located west of the giant ash fell persistently, that the damages were rising, until last Sunday, leaving 6,200 ha of crops lost and at least 10,000 cattle without food.
