Zacatecas Mexico: January starts off with 55 violent deaths

Primary municipalities where violence occurred: Calera, Fresnillo, Guadalupe, Juchipila, Miguel Auza, Noria de Ángeles, Río Grande, Sombrerete, Valparaíso, Vetagrande, Villanueva, Villa Hidalgo y Zacatecas
Fntrzacatecas.com reported that a total of 55 people dead, including four women, and 15 detainees is the bottom line of a very violent first month of this year, according to figures threw various police forces and armed forces operating in Zacatecas. This clarifies what the cumulative official reports of the State Preventive Police (PEP), Ministerial (PM) and Federal (PF), as well as recorded by the secretaries of Defense and Navy of Mexico, in bulletins released by the Attorney General’s Office.
