United States: Bus crash in Pennsylvania kills one and injures dozens more

NBC News reports that at least one passenger is dead and 44 others have been sent to local hospitals after a Pennsylvania bus crashed with a tractor trailer, NBC News affiliate WBRE reported. Fifty people were on the Greyhound bus that crashed at about 1:40 a.m. local time, according to the station, as it traveled from New York City to Cleveland, Ohio. A woman was killed the crash, and four others are listed in critical condition. Forty-five of the 50 people aboard the bus, including the driver, were taken to five hospitals, Greyhound spokeswoman Alexandra Pedrini said. The bus driver, who was not identified, has been with the company for more than 12 years, she said. Read article
