Manzanillo Mexico: tourist drowns after lifeguards refused to assist without payment from friends

Drowned by the negligence of lifeguards
Yesterday afternoon was rescued the body of the young Joseph David Mendez, age 24, who was reported missing since last night on the beach of Miramar Manzanillo Mexico.
According to unofficial sources, it was learned that apparently the incident occurred due to negligence and corruption attitude of a lifeguard on the beach of Miramar, who caused the death of the young, and attended by Civil Protection authorities, State and Municipal Police to carry out an operation in an effort to provide assistance to a group of young tourists located in Miramar Beach, who reported by telephone the disappearance of one of his colleagues in the marine water while swimming and was pulled by a current surprise.
