Israel: Hiker airlifted after stepping on land mine planted in abandoned building

Timesofisrael.com reported that, a hiker was moderately injured Wednesday afternoon after he trod on a mine inside an abandoned building in the Jordan Valley. The man, in his mid- 30s, stepped on the landmine while walking through an abandoned building in Moshav Yardena, south of the Sea of Galilee.
