Ireland: Two Americans robbed outside currency exchange bureau

According to independent.ie, two female tourists from the USA had cash stolen at knife point moments after leaving a bureau de change at the border last week. The women had just changed a small amount of cash at the Carrickarnon bureau and were getting back into their hire car on Friday at around 3 p.m. when they were approached by a lone male who opened the driver’s door and threatened them with a knife.
