Hunter kidnapped by unknown assailants in eastern Lebanon

Dailystar.com.lb reports that a man was kidnapped Sunday in the outskirts of Baalbek, east Lebanon, while he was on a hunting trip with three others, a security source told The Daily Star. A vehicle approached the four men who were near the border with Syria and abducted Hussein Sarafeddine, 25. His friends were able to escape, the source said, adding that the kidnappers most probably transported Sharafeddine into Syria given its proximity. Read article
