Sarawak Malaysia: British tourist victim of purse snatching

A tourist from England lost her handbag containing digital camera, mobile phones, local and foreign currency and a hotel key to a snatch theft yesterday afternoon. The victim, a doctor was having dinner with friends and relatives at a restaurant at Simpang Tiga Road when a motorcyclist wearing a full face helmet came into the shop and grabbed her handbag. He then fled to a motorcycle with its engine on and sped off. Eye witnesses said the motorcycle did not have any plate numbers. Read Article
