Gun battle in Jamaica results in the death of an American bystander

Dailymail.co.uk reports that a US citizen has been shot and killed in Jamaica after being caught in crossfire between police and robbers, including the country’s most wanted criminal. The identity of the man has not been released, and few details of the incident have come to light, but it is understood shots were fired when police confronted gunmen who were trying to rob a business.
