Argentina: tourists at hotel robbed by armed assailants

Emperor Hotel, Retiro Buenos Aires Argentina

On February 22, 2013, four armed assailants entered the Emperor Hotel in Retiro at approximately eleven pm in the evening according to online-911.com. The thieves stole cash and items from the reception area and lounge. They also stole items form tourists in the concierge area. However, one of the phones the robbers took had a GPS system which police used to track two of the assailants down and arrest them. Read Article.
