Guyana: German tourist killed in car crash & another injured travelling to Lethem

According to guyanachronicleonline.com, “AN elderly man was yesterday killed and his wife who was travelling along with him, severely injured, when the vehicle in which they were travelling along the Lethem trail became involved in accident. The vehicle, carrying only the two persons, was travelling from Georgetown, en route to Lethem when tragedy struck. The deceased has been identified as 74-year old Helmutt Frederik Ottman. His wife, 73-year old Ingrid Margaret Ottman was injured and was admitted to the Lethem Hospital.” Read Article
