According to the Times of India, two foreign women who were part of a 36-member group from US, were taken aback when two persons knocked at their doors and allegedly outraged their modesty in a 5-star hotel in the city. The police have arrested the two persons which included a constable of Delhi Police while another impersonated as a sub-inspector.
