As reported by Thepeninsulaqatar.com, a 61-year-old expatriate who came to Qatar looking for a job a few months ago has tested positive for the deadly corona virus-Middle East Respiratory Syndrome (MERS), the Supreme Council of Health (SCH) said yesterday. This is the third confirmed case of MERS in the country involving an expatriate. Six Qataris had been infected earlier, of whom three died. A 48-year-old expat was reported infected last week.
