Summit, Alaska: 3 passengers killed in small airplane crash

According to Ktuu.com, a plane carrying at least three passengers has crashed about four miles away from Summit Airport. Alaska Department of Transportation (DOT) officials have confirmed that three passengers are dead, though it’s unclear whether there were others on the plane as well. Crews from the Alaska State Troopers, the National Transportation Safety Board and the DOT were dispatched to the scene, which has been described as being in a remote area, delaying the relay of information, said AST spokeswoman Megan Peters. United States: Three injured in plane crash near Las Vegas
