German magazine claims Al Qaeda plotting to kidnap German and British nationals

tripolipost.com reported that speculation about Libya continues in the international media and the latest report by a German magazine that Al Qaeda is plotting to kidnap German and British citizens in Libya continues to fuel the speculation. The German weekly magazine Der Spiegel that made the report, said it was quoting German intelligence sources and comes after Germany and Britain and other Western countries have been urging their nationals to leave the eastern Libyan city of Benghazi days after a deadly attack by Islamist militants in neighbouring Algeria.
