pattayone.net reported (Pattaya) A video was posted on Facebook over the weekend depicting an alleged assault on a foreign tourist on Walking Street, which prompted a Police investigation. The incident occurred at 4am on 9th January in front of the Marine Discotheque on Walking Street and resulted in a French tourist being knocked-out by a group of Thai men who are thought to work as Security Guards at a venue close to where the attack took place. Further investigations revealed the victim had not reported the attack, although the Guard who claims to have attacked the foreign man on the video, Khun Wuttipong aged 35, had reported the incident to Police as he claims the Frenchman head-butted a member of staff at his place of work prior to the altercation on the street.
