It is thought the crew were setting up when the accident occurred at around 4pm local time, an hour before the gates were due to open to let ticketholders in. Edmonton Police said Travis Baumgartner was apprehended by U.S. border officials Saturday evening at the Lynden, Washington border crossing, south of Abbotsford, B.C. Edmonton Police Supt.
