New Zealand: 3 men arrested for the assault & robbery of a Canadian tourist

As reported by radionz.co.nz, “The 22-year-old man was assaulted and robbed by a group of men who befriended him at a bar in Paihia last Friday. Police have charged two Kawakawa men, aged 21 and 22, with aggravated robbery and a 20-year-old with being an accessory. Radio New Zealand reported that a tourist from South Korea, on vacation has died. In his late 60’s he was hiking on the Milford Track. When authorities reached the tourist, but, was pronounced dead. A hiking guide had made attempts to resuscitate the victim without response. Read Article
