According to indiatoday.com, a Russian woman tourist staying in a hotel here escaped a rape bid by an employee, who earlier shot a video clip of her while she was sleeping, police said Friday. The accused has been arrested. The incident occurred at a hotel near Kaushambi metro station under Indirapuram police station early Friday night. Police said the 23-year-old Russian came to India from Germany and booked two rooms – one for her and another for her guide.
