United States: Colorado wildfires force evacuations in tourist areas

According to allvoices.com, temperatures that topped 100 degrees triggered at least three wildfires in Colorado by mid-day Tuesday. Two of them were near tourist areas and a third near subdivisions. Humidity was in single digits with 3 percent reported in Denver. A fourth fire was reported not far south of Denver in Pike National Forest of Douglas Country. Other fires were being reported, especially in tinder dry-southern Colorado. Read article
