According to pattaya-funtown.com, two Indian students on holiday in Pattaya filed a complaint with tourist police on Wednesday, stating they had been “forced by a group of 5-6 jet ski operators” on Pattaya beach to pay 1,400 US dollars for allegedly causing minor damages to jet skis they had rented earlier in the day.
