Singapore scam artist ripping off women in Pattaya Thailand

A Singaporean man was arrested while drinking with a woman at a Walking Street beer bar, after a 20-year-old woman whose purse he had stolen spotted him. He had driven away with her purse after they briefly stopped at a Family Mart. The man may have committed similar reported thefts.

At 2:30 a.m., a woman reported seeing a man who stole her purse to Pol. Maj. Seksan Reuvate, Inspector, Pattaya police station; and Pol. Capt. Netithorn Rattanasuchanan, Deputy Inspector.

The theft victim, Ms. Nonglak Sanejak, 20, address 47/116 Moo 10 Tambon Nong Preu, Amphur Banglamung, Chonburi province, said that on July 30 a man whom she had just met had driven away with her purse while they were shopping. Read Article
