Scotland: Flood Alerts for parts of country

Dailyrecord.co.uk reported that parts of the country have been put on flood alert with rain and thawing snow expected to raise water levels. A day of wintry weather yesterday left much of Scotland under a blanket of snow, causing travel disruption and closing dozens of schools.
