Philippines: More than 1,500 dengue cases already this year in Metro Manila

As covered by crofsblogs.typepad.com, “According to the Department of Health (DOH), which described dengue as a “year-round disease,” a total of 1,537 dengue cases have been recorded in Metro Manila since January, most of them in Quezon City, Caloocan, Manila and Pasay. In March alone, 175 dengue patients have been recorded in Metro Manila, with five fatalities.” Read Article
