Muhammad Nadeem Ismail, who published the mobile phone footage, told the Irish Echo by email that he recorded it at about 11pm on Sunday night.
A WA Police spokesperson said they had had no reports in relation to this particular incident.
The footage comes several months after police in Perth sought the help of local GAA clubs to deal with antisocial behaviour. An Irish publican subsequently warned that the antisocial behaviour by a small minority could ruin opportunities for others. Bridget Kenny, owner of The Shed bar in Northbridge, claimed her door staff and those behind the bar had encountered violent and verbal abuse from a small segment of the Irish community. “They are acting up a lot and it’s a combination of factors leading up to it,” she told the Irish Echo. “It’s the violence of it all. The violence and non-acceptance of things. They turn up to the pub completely ossified and we can’t let them in.” Read Article
