Group of Pakistanis arrested in UAE for selling fake gold

As reported by khaleejtimes.com, the Sharjah Police on Tuesday arrested a gang of three Pakistanis, including a woman, who allegedly specialised in selling fake gold jewellery using forged receipts. The police received a complaint from a jewellery shop owner about a woman who came to exchange gold ornaments with genuine ones and produced receipts for the ornaments. The complainant said when he checked the gold, he found it to be fake. When he confronted her with the finding, she ran away. Read article
