Gas explosion at hotel in Canary Islands, numbers injured, 1000 evacuated

A propane gas leak occurred Wednesday when a tanker truck filled with a deposit of a hotel in Mogan, southwest of Gran Canaria , has caused an explosion that has affected 23 people, of which six have been burned forecast critical or severe. It has also forced the evacuation of the 1,000 tourists who were staying at the establishment. Five of the injured, suffering burns between 30 and 90% of his body, are employees of the establishment itself, the Hotel Cordial Mogan Playa, and the sixth is a Norwegian tourist, 55, could die within hours, doctors said, because he suffers serious burns in one hundred percent of the body.
