CTPA warns British tourists over black henna tattoos while on holidays

As reported by Opodo.co.uk, The Cosmetic Toiletry and Perfumery Association (CTPA) is urging Brits to avoid getting black henna tattoos while on holiday. It says that to turn the naturally reddish brown vegetable dye black, PPD – a hair colourant – is added, which is dangerous if applied directly to the skin. Read Article
