Chile: UNESCO Canadian representative found dead in well

Was found dead on Friday a Canadian citizen who participated Unesco programs in Chile and who remained missing in the city since January 1 for New Year celebrations. The information was confirmed by Mayor Raul Celis, who said the boy’s body Bhupinder Mandair (24) was found in the road sector in Cerro Concepción Templeman (cerro concepción valparaiso), near one of the homes where he had been the night was young December 31. The victim’s body was found at the bottom of a well, a kind of fire that separated two houses, and as reported by the mayor, has not yet determined whether the death of the young was third-party intervention.
