According to news24.com, Russia’s Emergency Sutuations Ministry says one of its planes is flying the head of the nation’s highest court home from Ghana following a car accident there. Ministry spokesperson Irina Rossius said on Wednesday in a statement carried by Russian news agencies that Vyacheslav Lebedev, the chairperson of Russia’s Supreme Court, was in stable condition on board the ministry’s plane en route to Moscow.
